Two crass thoughts:
1. Does it frustrate the dog not to be petted?
2. Isn't there a joke about a guy with no appendages in water called Bob?
Two other thoughts:

I'm ashamed to admit it, but the Bob joke crossed my mind when I watched the video, too.
What's a static line jump? We jumped in Mt. Vernon - there is a little airport there in the middle of nowhere.
